provenance
Organic cotton is grown without synthetic pesticides and fertilisers, supporting healthier soils and reducing chemical inputs at farm level. The recycled cotton in this fabric comes from naturally occurring cotton waste created during manufacturing, such as offcuts and yarn and fabric trimmings. Instead of being discarded, this clean, single-fibre material is collected, reprocessed, and spun back into new yarn.
Using pre-consumer recycled cotton helps reduce textile waste and makes better use of resources already in the system. Blending it with organic cotton maintains a strong, consistent yarn, while improving overall material efficiency. It also reduces the demand for virgin cotton and can lower the water and energy required per metre of fabric.
For non, this blend delivers raw material integrity we can stand behind, with selvedge denim that looks and wears beautifully.
