Refund policy


We hope you are happy with your order, however in the event that you need to make a return this must be received within 28 days from delivered date. To start a return please contact us at stating your order number.

Once authorised, please return your order with a tracked mail service to this address: non, 9 Cresset Road, London, E9 6FS, United Kingdom.

All returns should unworn and be sent back with tags attached via tracked mail: as lost items will not be refunded. For international returns, please complete the necessary customs and clearance forms clearly stating the shipment is a 'return'.

Your refund will be credited back to the original payment card and we will notify you by email as soon as your return has been received and processed. Kindly allow up to 5 working days for funds to clear in your account, depending on your card issuer.

Please note that we are unable to refund original shipping charges or any duties and taxes unless the item was defective.

Please note if you decide not to accept delivery —due to local taxes and/or customs charges or for any other reason— you will be refunded your order total minus any shipping charges incurred.
